Chandrasekhar brings 35 years of experience building and scaling technology organizations, products, and enterprise transformation programs across global markets. He has led cross-functional teams of 400+ professionals across India, the US, Peru, UK, and Canada, and has partnered directly with C-suite and board-level stakeholders to shape strategy, drive organizational change, and build lasting culture.
As Delivery Head at Verizon (2003–2018), he owned end-to-end IT delivery leadership and led a major enterprise-wide re-engineering initiative that transformed core business processes — reporting directly to the CIO and executive team. At Infosys, he was accountable for the full IT delivery portfolio of a 1,000+ member organization spanning India, the US, Peru, the UK, and Canada. Earlier, as Product Manager for Business Development at Kumaran Systems, he led a 75-engineer team through the full product lifecycle — from pre-sales through post-sales delivery. Most recently, he served as a Technology Consultant with NISG on a Government of India initiative to bring instant credit access to small and medium enterprises.
Chandrasekhar holds a Master’s in Business Administration (HR) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
