Consent Tree launches DPDP-first compliance platform built to let anyone verify its evidence, without trusting the company.

Trovance Ventures Private Limited (“TVPL”) today announced the public launch of Consent Tree (consentree.in), a compliance platform built specifically for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). The platform helps organisations capture consent, honour data principal rights requests, and maintain a verifiable evidence trail — without asking anyone to simply take the company's word for it.

Consent Tree's central claim is unusual in the compliance software market: every piece of consent evidence the platform produces is cryptographically signed and independently verifiable. Anyone — a regulator, an auditor, or a customer's own legal team — can check that evidence at consentree.in/verify.html without needing privileged access to Consent Tree's systems or having to trust the company's word.

Built for the Indian Act, not adapted from one.
